Hard to manage personal and work life working so many hours and given the new pay scale I'm not happy with the pay cut. Having every other weekend off is a plus but working 6 days every other week from 7: Was this review helpful? It was a pleasure working there. Sometimes things just fall apart for better things to come. I loved working there it was more like home than work. Just the lack of moving forward that changed everything. Love to work there. Really didnt want to leave but i had to relocate.

I have sharpen my skills and have broaden my leadership qualities. A fast-paced environment with a lot of different personalities. A typical day at work would be to make sure supplies are fully stocked, all paperwork is complete, answering all calls to the best of your ability, and give excellent customer service. I have learned many skills and learned to work with different personalities. Management was always an issue. When you're put in to a position of authority and not getting backed up when an employee is incorrect is what really upset me.

The hardest part of the job was maintaining a level of respect from my subordinates when upper management wasn't backing me up and allowing me to do as I was hired to do.
