    The only positive thing I can say about Watertown ford is I love my car and I had great experience with the sales staff when buying my car. They also have a great service waiting area. The worst part about this dealership is the service department which is full of unhappy angry employees behind the counter who look very stressed out. The only people who seem to be happy are the ones without a soul who lie to customers about service that they really don't need or add extra charges onto their bill for service not authorized.

    I have had my car serviced their at least 10 times since and out of the 10 times 3 times for major work. Luckily I purchased a extended warranty which covered my work with minimal payment. The service department seems to be a little nicer to customers who have extra coverage, but for those that don't the talk down to those customers. However, I do not fully trust them. They have told me in the past that I needed work that was really not needed immediately.

    If you do need work there write everything down the prices what needs to be done and get a quote in advance. I have been told one price then when I go to pay the bill it's up a few hundred dollars for work I did not approve. Unfortunately, I have found most other Ford service departments in the area the same perhaps it's just the industry.

    Also, if you have any extended coverage for service bring it with you. They will tell you something is not covered when it actually is. Also, obtain a second opinion for any major work that doesn't sound routine. This place employs a bunch of sadistic men who take pleasure in wasting people's time.

    I called in to get the works package for routine maintenance and they said I didn't need an appointment. When I arrived they told me it was a 90 minute wait. I asked if there was a waitlist I could put my name on and the man said to just come back at 2.

    I came back shortly before 2 and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. When I explained I'd already been in earlier this guy told me "you can't jump the line". I was in earlier and asked to be out on the waitlist and they told me to come back and now there's some line. He shooed me out the door and told me to call next time to find out the wait. I then immediately called Muzi Ford and asked when the earliest I could get serviced was and they told me 3.

    I showed up at 3. I'm now in the comfortable Muzi waiting room where I can see they've already started working on my car after only 5 minutes. I don't usually air my grievances but this Ford service shop seems to be one of the worst in the area. I dropped my Fiesta ST to have the front end checked for a sound at low low speeds and to have the rear bumper realigned since a Ford dealer that was a little further away would cover the job sold to me in this condition as a CPO.
