    I had a problem with the lights not working inside my vehicle. After that it went downhill and I got the run around. The process was fine I did buy a lifetime interior warranty for them--which seemed like a good idea. But when I followed up later to have something fixed I was told, sorry, your warranty expired.

    I used to go to the one in Bountiful, I actually went There service level really started to go downhill and things were fully getting fixed on my car. I also went to Karl Malone Toyota, and the 3 times I went were the worst experiences of my car's life. They changed my oil and left the oil cap off, they claimed they changed my tranny fluid, but never changed it. I paid for them to fix my blinker and the moment I pulled out, I realized that it wasn't fixed!

    Thank you for leaving this review and for your kind words about our service department. We will pass this along to our staff and we look forward to se I've had nothing but trouble here. I bought my car new, 3 years ago. I was sold "the moon" with the extended warranty and maintenance plan. When I took in my vehicle, I found that my warranty was NOT what I was told and ended up having to pay dollars for the repair.

    They repaired the issue. A week later, my key fob's battery went out and I found that while repairing the last issue they broke my actual key hole, thus I was unable to get into my vehicle. I also recently found that my vehicle only needs an oil change every 10, miles. I take my camry in every miles based on Larry H Miller Toyota recommendation and although I didn't need an oil change, they did it anyway, thus ending my 5 year maintenance plan after only 3 years.

    If you purchase anything through them, don't believe a word they say, read all the fine print and double check everything they touch!

    Also, don't make appointments for maintenance as they keep you there for hours anyway for a simple oil change, that you probably don't even need. Unfortunately, our service department does not have any control over an As for the oil changes, per Toyota's Maintenance guidelines, if a vehicle with synthetic oil is driven in a temperature higher than 90 degrees, or lower than 32 degrees, the oil should be changed every 5, miles.

Two days later, no call back so I called again and left a message. I called 2 more times over the next few day and left a message but Tyler still did not have the courtesy to return my call.

    Finally, I called and asked to be connected to the service manager, Levy Johnson. I left him a message requesting a call back. Four days later, no call back from the service manager. It seems common courtesy and customer service are cultural at Larry H Miller Toyota.
